Lew's buddy Steve came over this morning with our favorites from Tony's Donuts. A Raspberry Bismarck for me. Yum!
Lew and I then went for a lovely walk on the beach, although it was sad to see the smoke from a bad fire in Old Orchard Beach. The fire broke out around 8:15 a.m. at The Galaxy Nightclub, which was destroyed.
After errands and some lunch, we went to see "Cowboys & Aliens" at the movie theater. We had heard that the reviews were not good, but we both found the movie entertaining. It was exactly what one should expect from a movie titled "Cowboys & Aliens."
On our way home, we stopped to visit our car in the repair shop. We may get it back on Wednesday. This has been quite the experience, which I will document on "Mainely Tracy" when it's all finally over.
Chocolate cake is an acceptable dinner, right? Right?? Please, let it be so!!
