I was chatting with a friend today about the growing significance of social media. It is really hard to believe how quickly it has all happened.
Although I don't participate much on some of these, I do have accounts on quite a few outlets -- for example, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Goodreads, and Pinterest. (Oh, the time one could waste!) And, of course, a blog is a form of social media, too. :)
I do enjoy many aspects of social media, but I don't want it to take the place of getting together with family and friends, face-to-face. This is something I know I need to do better at myself.
