When the radio came on this morning, the first thing that Lew and I heard was a school cancellation list. But the announcer didn't mention Scarborough.
Lew got up and looked out the window. It was not snowing here.
When he went outside to get the newspaper a few minutes later, it was not snowing.
By the time he left for work about 90 minutes later, it was snowing. Pretty hard. And it snowed for most of the day. When Lew got home, he said it was still doing "a little bit" outside.
Yes, it took longer than normal this year, but winter has finally arrived.
Pepper even noticed winter's onset. She slept most of the day on the back of my couch!
