Eli just had his first round of shots this past Tuesday. The word on the street is that he was not happy.
The doctor told Matt and Emily that they could expect two things from Eli during the next couple weeks: an increase in drooling and the start of trying to put stuff in his mouth.
Emily said that Eli hadn't quite figured out how to hold things yet. But right before we left, Eli was holding a little plastic giraffe and putting (part of) the giraffe's head in his mouth. Everyone was very excited!
And the drooling? He's got that down, too!
