Lew and I had company today! Matt, Emily, and Eli came over for a late lunch of spaghetti and hung out with us for a bit.
I should clarify that Eli did not eat spaghetti. But he did watch us as we ate ours.
Eli is getting bigger and stronger all the time. We see him at least once a week, and we always notice how he's changed.
For several minutes today, Lew and Emily handed Eli back and forth to each other while sitting on the floor. They held Eli upright -- so that he was "standing" -- and he was actually trying to move his legs in a walking motion as he was passed from Emily to Lew and back. We clapped and clapped for him.
Eli smiles a lot -- which makes me smile, too.
