My father mentioned in yesterday's post that Debbie made a Valentine's Day candy delivery to the house. In addition to my parents, Lew and I were also candy recipients.
The candy was in a cute little heart-covered pail. There were some chocolate hearts as well as two little bags.
Each bag contained a dark-chocolate-covered Oreo and two pretty-good-sized Nonpareils.
Before dinner tonight I asked Lew, "Will you trade your chocolate-covered Oreo for my two Nonpareils?"
He responded, "If the Nonpareils are dark chocolate, then yes."
And just like that, the trade was made.
Yummy. Yummy.
