The Backs of My Eyelids

How long must a person stare at the computer screen before she realizes that she is too tired to come up with a good blog post?

I just sat for probably at least a minute with my hands resting on the keyboard while my eyes -- although open -- were not really functioning!  A little glazed over....

And I just heard Lew yawning upstairs.  He's already in bed, reading the recent issue of WORLD Magazine.

So, I think I'll turn my laptop off, head upstairs, put my PJ's on, and crawl under the covers.  And no matter how tired I am, I always need to read a bit before I can fall asleep.  But it won't take long tonight!
