I sent my niece Kaelen a Facebook message at the time, informing her of this. Her response was, "Oh no!!! That's terrible!" (followed by a sad-faced emoticon).
The old Tim Horton's building has now been empty for weeks and weeks. Rumors continue to abound as to what should/might go in there.
In the meantime, today's mail brought a coupon flyer containing 10 coupons for Tim Horton's. I made a paper airplane out of it.
