Setting the clocks back gave us an extra hour of sleep last night -- for those that wished to take advantage of it, anyway.
But setting the clocks back has a long term effect that is not worth that extra hour of sleep: It gets dark out earlier!
And when it's dark, I get sleepy. I can't help it.
So a lot of good that extra hour of sleep last night did me. It's not even 7:00 p.m. yet, and I want to go night-night!
So... Night-night, everybody!
