This past week saw lots of changes in our house - some on our side as a result of our new floor, and some on my parents' side as a result of Mom's anticipated return home.
As I mentioned yesterday, Dad and I also went through some "family training" sessions at Mom's rehab place this week.
Today the house changes and family training collided: Mom was issued a T.D.P. - that stands for "Therapeutic Day Pass," in case you didn't know. (I didn't until yesterday.)
For her T.D.P., Dad and I picked Mom up around 2:15 this afternoon and we brought her home for about an hour. She got to see what we've done in the house and we got to put our training into practice.
Mom is looking forward to coming home for good. Wednesday is the day! :)
