Cat Walk

Our newer kitty, Kurt, sometimes wakes me up close to 3:00 in the morning.  It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough.

I have learned how to deal with this interruption.

I usually have to visit "the facility" anyway about that time, so I get up and do so.  Kurt follows me.

Then I walk into our guest room -- which happens to be the room right next to our bedroom.  Kurt follows me.

I always have food and water available for the cats in the guest room.  After we walk into the room, Kurt goes immediately to the food dish and starts chomping away.

Then I go back to sleep.  Presumably, Kurt does, too.

Do you know anyone else who takes her cat for a walk at 3:00 in the morning?!
