How to dust those "hard-to-get-at" places:
1. Get cat.
2. Wait for cat to explore said place.
3. Wait for cat to emerge.
4. Wipe dust off cat.
NOTE: A variation of the above can also work with cat toys. Toys end up in places where even cat can not fit. Keep a flashlight and a yardstick (for retrieving toys) available at all times.
