Adam Lewis was born early this morning... 3:40 a.m. to be exact.
While he was being delivered, I was trying to get some sleep on a bench in the hospital's waiting room. (Lew had managed to get a couple hours sleep, so I thought I would try.)
Just as I was about to doze off, Matt came in and announced, "A ten-pound baby boy! 22 1/2 inches long!"
All of a sudden I got my second wind.
We got to see Adam when he was about 90 minutes old.
