Lew's New Eating Plan

Lew recently heard about the 5:2 diet on Rush Limbaugh's show. My very basic understanding of this is that on five days of the week you eat normally. On the other two (non-consecutive) days you eat a maximum of 600 calories. That's for men; for women, it's 500 calories.
