Kitty-Proof

Jerry loves to play.

Jerry loves to run.

Jerry loves to go everywhere in the house.

Jerry loves to run on top of everything in the house.

Sometimes Jerry is careful.

But sometimes Jerry is not careful....

Over the past few weeks, I have moved quite a few items in order to "kitty-proof" our house.  Jerry has broken only one item (that I know of), but fortunately it was not a family heirloom.

I had been holding off on kitty-proofing my bedside shelf, but I finally relented today.  After I removed a few things, Jerry proceeded to nap on top of the shelf.  Lovely.

I'm thinking of selling him to the gypsies!

(Postscript:  I'm just kidding about the gypsies, of course.  We love our kitty!)
