H2O... Go, Go, Go!

I spent the first 11 days of the year drinking mostly hot chocolate, chai latte tea, and sweet tea.

But on this 12th day of 2017 I began to drink more water.

Not only is water the best thirst quencher, it is also an excellent exercise motivator. I walked from my desk to the restroom several times today!
