Derf Here! Really enjoying the beautiful summer days. It has been a very summery summer. We have totally enjoyed the weather.
Yesterday Spouse had a bad day. Had a little problem with her stomach. Actually it was her worst stomach day in the last year and a half. She did eat a little last night and woke up today ready to go.
So we went up to see Jim at the local drugstore. He came out to the car and we received our pneumonia shots and our flu shots. So hopefully this will carry us through the flu season without any sickness. Fingers are crossed!
If all goes well, we might see Josh with the Maine Maritime football team as they are to scrimmage a team from Massachusetts at Thornton Academy Friday noon. (Hope that we don't get showers until late Friday.) The freshman probably won't play, but it will be nice to see his new team.
