Yesterday was Mom's last day to meet with the speech therapist. (She still meets with the physical therapist and occupational therapist.)
In order to "graduate" from speech therapy, Mom needed to have 90% accuracy on her memory aid and problem-solving for three sessions in a row.
All of this was completed with a daily task folder that I designed with lots of input and suggestions from Mom.
