She was a big hit! Everyone loved her.
The vet said that as long as the cats were supervised for a time, I could let Marilyn out of the guestroom and join Jerry in the house.
This afternoon I let her loose!
So far they are doing fine. Jerry spends a lot of time watching her play. They've "stalked" each other a couple times, but all in fun. Then Jerry goes back to just watching her. She's also done a lot of window-sitting.
Jerry is a playful kitty himself, but suddenly he seems much more mature... like he grew up overnight! I guess he knows that he needs to set a good example for the new kitty.
Thank you, Jerry, for being patient and gentle with Marilyn!
