Jerry and Kurt are not declawed.
This becomes a problem when a window is open, the window is one they can reach, and they see a bug, bird, or something else of interest outside.
Substitute "Jerry" for "they" in the previous sentence.... Kurt has been good so far.
Lew took a screen to the hardware store for repair. He ordered the "pet resistant" screen replacement.
The new screen was put into place today.
Both kitties are glad to have the window open again!
