A Really Great Save

Lew was looking forward to watching the final round of the British Open today.

By the time we got home from church and the grocery store, the tournament had already ended.

And we had forgotten to DVR it. :(

The ESPN coverage was not quite over -- presentation ceremony, final thoughts, etc. -- so Lew did get to see that.

Around 2:15 I was on Facebook and saw that one of my friends had posted this status:

Since my favorite golfer won the British Open, I will be watching the tape-delayed coverage this afternoon. WOOOHOOOO!!!

I immediately turned on the living room TV, saw that ABC's coverage of the final round was airing from 3:00 to 6:00, and set the DVR.

Happy me!

And more importantly, happy husband. :)
