Over a year ago I added a password to our wireless Internet access. Ever since then I have had trouble scanning documents on my wireless printer. I get error messages like "printer in use by another device" or "connection to printer is disabled" and/or similar stuff like that.
I needed to scan three documents today. Make that yesterday; I got too frustrated and gave up.
When I tried again today -- and initially failed -- I decided to do something radical. After each step of the scanning process I made myself wait at least five seconds before going on to the next step.
It worked like a charm.
I just needed to wait.
Unbelievable.
