Back In the Saddle

After the Sweet Potato Incident of January 2011, I have been apprehensive about cooking another one in the microwave.

But today -- nearly two years later -- I finally worked up the nerve. I had one sweet potato sitting on my counter and I really wanted to eat it for lunch.

I am pleased to share that my attempt was a success!
